All our products has the manufacturer's warranty, which covers any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of at least one year from the date of delivery of the product, unless different warranty period is specified on the product page. If you encounter any issues with your items, please contact our team, and we will arrange for replacement parts, repairs, or complete replacements if required.

It is important to note that our warranties are not transferable and cannot be extended to items that are resold. To be eligible for coverage, the product must be used for its intended purpose and exhibit normal wear and tear. Any defects or damages resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered under our warranty.

How long is the warranty coverage?

Warranty Claim Process

Please send an email to our customer service team at info@homequarters.ca, including the following information:

  1. Invoice number.
  2. Purchase date.
  3. Brief description of the defect with accompanying photos.

Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for our service team to assess the product. In most cases, repair services will be provided. However, if our service team determines that the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of equal value, based on product availability.

If Home Quarters no longer sells the same item, we will offer an appropriate alternative. Home Quarters reserves the right to determine what constitutes an appropriate replacement.

Home Quarters retains the final decision on whether to repair or replace the product and the right to replace the corresponding product when necessary.
