Delivery and Assembly
Delivery and Assembly are significant to your shopping experience. Therefore, at Home Quarters, we have our own professional delivery and assembly team to ensure the delivery is smooth and professional.
The approximate delivery time will be provided 1-2 days before the delivery day.
Please note the delivery times are estimated as it can be impacted by the
traffic on the delivery day. Delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control
are not subject to any refund or price adjustment.
To-Door Delivery
The to-door delivery fee is as follows:
- $75: Richmond, Vancouver, W Vancouver, N Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Tsawwassen, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows
Please note:
- To-Door delivery is only available for orders less than $5000. For orders equal or greater than $5000, only White Glove delivery is available.
- To-Door delivery exclusively brings items to your doorstep. Our team doesn't provide indoor moving services. For condos/apartments, deliveries are made to the lobby; our team won't enter elevators.
White Glove Delivery
With white glove delivery, our professional team will deliver your furniture to your home, assemble and place them at your desired location, as well as remove all packaging materials upon request so you’d have nothing to worry about!
- $175 (Zone A): Richmond, Vancouver, W Vancouver, N Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Tsawwassen, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows
- $250 (Zone B): Abbotsford, Mission (To-Door Delivery
is NOT available)
- $350 (Zone C): Chilliwack (To-Door Delivery is NOT available)
* For Zone B and Zone C, if purchase is over $5000, the delivery fee can be reduced to $175
* For online purchases, a flat rate of $100 (for white glove service) will be added to the To-Door delivery fee ($75).
Please note that delivery fee will not be refunded if delivery is confirmed and subsequently canceled or postponed without a notice 2 business days in advance. An additional delivery fee will be charged for the second delivery. Please ensure sufficient space for delivery. Driveways, hallways, staircases, and rooms must be free of obstructions. A damage waiver will need to be signed if there is insufficient space. We are not responsible for securing any items to your walls but suggest if your furniture requires being secured for safety that you follow the manufacturer’s recommendation.
Nationwide Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery to specific areas. For details about pricing, please call us for a quotation.
For deliveries outside our local zones, a third-party service will be used. Please inspect all deliveries from the third party before signing any receipt documents. Home Quarters is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery is received. Additionally, Home Quarters cannot service these products, so customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product for warranty repairs.
Warehouse Pickup
For warehouse pickup, please call us in advance (one business day) to allow time for preparing your furniture for inspection and loading. The phone number and pick-up location are provided on your invoice. We will assist you with loading your vehicle.
However, we are not responsible for securing the load or for any damages that may occur during transportation. Please also inspect the items before leaving the warehouse. Be sure to bring your receipt, a government-issued ID matching the name on the invoice.
