Returns and Refunds:

We offer a hassle-free return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. If you qualify for a return, you are also eligible for a refund, subject to the exceptions and conditions outlined below for returns and refunds. Please consult the subsequent sections for detailed information on refund and return eligibility.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a full refund, please initiate your return request within seven(7) days the order date. The refund amount will exclude any fees associated with delivery, assembly, delivery timing, delivery location paid at the time of the original order as well as repacking.

Exceptions to Returns:

While most of our products are eligible for return, there are some exceptions, including:

  • Customized by the customer
  • Beds and mattresses
  • Damaged, discolored, or with odors, etc.
  • Products explicitly labeled as "Final sale", "As is", "Floor model", "Clearance", etc.
  • Delivery and assembly fee (both to-door and white-glove) once a delivery attempt has made
  • Products have been assembled by customers, instead of assembled by our professional team, will void eligibility for returns.
  • For self-pickup items, customer must inspect items before leaving the warehouse or showroom. We do NOT accept return of damaged items after they are picked up. So please make sure you inspect the items thoroughly at the warehouse or showroom before picking up the items.

Return Condition:

For products to qualify for return, they must be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition, and in their original packaging, fully intact. Home Quarters reserves the right to determine whether an item is suitable for return and retains the discretion to reject returns deemed unfit. Note that if the original packaging is missing, an additional $99 repackaging fee per item will be applied.

Return and Exchange for In-Store Purchase

Cancellation of Orders Placed in Store

We are happy to accept cancellation of order if the cancellation is made within 3 days of order. If the cancellation is made after 3 days of order, the deposit can only be converted to store credit OR a 15% of the order amount will be charged for cancellation.

Return After Delivery/Pickup for Orders Placed in Store

We are happy to accept return or exchange as long as a request is received within 3 days of delivery/pickup of the item and is returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. All returned items will be inspected, and are subjected to a restocking fee (20% of the order amount). If the original packaging is missing, an additional $99 will be charged. Please note that any service fee already incurred (e.g., delivery and assembly) cannot be refunded.

Free Exchanges

Your first exchange of any items is totally free up to 7 days after the order date. For further exchanges, they are deemed as returns and purchasing new items.

Please note that all exchanges must be in new condition and in their original packaging. If you don't have the original packaging on hand, an additional $99 repackaging fee per item will be applied.
