You can cancel your order within 48 hours for a full refund of your deposit. After 48 hours, the order is confirmed. If you cancel after this period, you will receive an in-store credit for the full amount or be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders made using financing options become non-refundable once the financing is approved.

After delivery or pickup, you may return the item(s) for an exchange (of equal or higher value) or an in-store credit within 3 days. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that any service fees already incurred (e.g., delivery and assembly) are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sale. Customized products, mattresses, products without the original packaging, Showroom samples and floor models, products labeled as final sale, as-is, staging furniture sale, or with similar tags.

For deliveries outside our local delivery zone, items may be delivered by a third party. Please inspect the items before signing any receiving documents, as we cannot be held liable for any damage after the product leaves our warehouse. Additionally, Home Quarters cannot service products outside our local delivery zone. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with transporting the product back to Home Quarters for warranty repairs. If you decide to return your
product, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
