Cancellation of Order

  • We are happy to accept cancellation of order (even simply change of mind) if the cancellation is made after 3 days of order. Your deposit will be fully refunded. 
  • Cancellation after 3 days of order will incur a cancellation fee at a rate of 3-5% of the deposit amount (5% for Amex, 3% for other payment methods).
  • If the cancellation is made after 30 days of order, the deposit can be converted to store credit OR a 15% of the order amount will be charged for cancellation after long-time reservation.

Return After Delivery/Pickup

  • We are happy to accept return or exchange for any reason (even simply change of mind) as long as a request is received within 3 days of delivery/pickup of the item and is returned in its original packaging, and unused. All returned items will be inspected, and are subjected to a restocking fee (15% of the order amount). Please note that any service fee already incurred (e.g., delivery and assembly) cannot be refunded. 

The following products cannot be canceled or returned:

  • Customized products
  • Mattresses
  • Products without the original packaging.
  • Showroom samples and floor models
  • Products labeled as final sale, as-is, or with similar tags
  • Damages occurring after delivery/pickup other than normal wear and tear
  • Missing proof of purchase.
