  • What payment options do you accept?
    • Master/Visa/AMEX

    • We are in the process of setting up Google Pay and Apple Pay
    • We had WeChat Pay and Ali Pay before, but removed it temporarily because their logos are way too big on the payment page, and cannot be adjusted easily.
  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?
    • Not yet, but we have a plan to offer a financing plan in the near future.

    • Yes, from time to time, we have discounts and promotions

Ordering and Delivery:

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • Less than 5 days for the items to be delivered at customer’s home in the Greater Vancouver area. For pickup, it can be the same day. 
  • Can I track my order online?
    • Yes. We can provide a tracking number once it is shipped. 
  • Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
    • Yes, you can cancel within 3 days or before it is scheduled for delivery, whichever comes first. 
  • What is the lead time for custom or made-to-order pieces?
    • 4 months from placing order to the item arriving at customer’s home
  • What is the process for scheduling a furniture delivery or pickup?
    • By calling us (preferred) or other communication methods, e.g., text message, whatsapp, facebook messenger, email, etc. 
  • Do you offer free shipping or delivery?
    • Usually not, but sometimes yes with promotion. 
  • What is your shipping policy?
    • Before shipping, we will take photos or video calls with customer to make sure there is no issues with the product(s). 
    • Customer may additional purchase insurance for shipping
    • Customer is required to check the product(s) if there are any issues when they arrive
  • Do you offer assembly services?

Returns and Warranty:

  • What is your return policy?
    • For purchases or orders made in-store from the date of purchase, there is a 3-days window in which you may cancel the order. After 3 days, the order is considered confirmed and if cancelled will only be refunded as an in-store credit or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • After receiving your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied you may return it within 3 days in the original condition for an exchange or an in-store credit. The initial delivery charge is non-refundable, and an additional delivery charge will be applied for pick up of returns or exchanges.
