White Glove Delivery

We offer flat rate white glove delivery within the Metro Vancouver area. Our professional delivery, assembling & installation team will deliver your furniture to your home, assemble and place them at your desired location, as well as remove all packaging materials so you’d have nothing to worry about!

Please be aware that we do our scheduling 1-2 weeks in advance.

It is important that you are at your premises when we arrive, please keep your phone close-by as our drivers may need to contact you.

Please ensure your purchase will fit into your desired location and have the area ready to receive your delivery. We will not be responsible for costs or returns arising from insufficient space for good(s) to be delivered.

**Delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control are not subject to any refund or price adjustment.**

Pick Up

If you’d like to pick up the orders placed online or in store, it will be at our Richmond warehouse. It is conveniently located at #173 – 3239 No.6 Rd. When placing your order, please select Local Pick-Up, and note down the date you would like to pick up. Our warehouse is open Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM – 5 PM. Please bring a copy of the invoice (physical or digital) and a picture ID when picking up your order. For purchases made in-store, please bring your original invoice with payment receipt attached.

For all self pick up orders, please make arrangements to pick up your order within 3-months. Any orders not picked up within 3-months and without notice to the store will be considered as forfeited. If you require the products to be stored at our warehouse for longer than 3-months, please let us know after ordering. Additional storage fees may apply for extended storage periods.
